How far would you go to help traumatised children in Gaza get a start in education?

Well, Saskia, one of our trustees, decided she could only go 220 metres. Not much, you’d think. Until you see that it’s 220 metres head first down the side of a dam with only a rubber band (a thick one admittedly) for support.

It makes my knees go weak just watching the video. A fantastic effort, with no swearing (or at least none we could make out), and she has so far raised nearly £4,000 for our project to get psycho-social and educational support to 500 of Gaza’s most forgotten traumatised children.

If you are as impressed by this feat of daring (the same as opened James Bond’s Skyfall film), then please do sponsor her and help us get this programme under way.
