Book Club support for Hope and Play
We are so grateful for the support of the wonderful Trisha Chauhan of Level Up London. She hosted an awareness-raising event for Hope and Play, highlighting our work in Gaza over the past 12 years.
Book Club and fundraiser
“Level Up London co-hosted a Book Club and Coaching event with author Jyoti Patel to discuss her novel The Things That We Lost. Level Up works with women from Global Majority backgrounds and was founded on the principles of global equality, equity and justice.
“As the Genocide in Palestine continues, with over 16,800 children dead, we felt it important to use our platform to raise awareness and funds for Hope and Play.
The work is critical
“The work Hope and Play does is critical. Fundamentally and importantly, it is locally-led by their brave teams and networks. Hope and Play believes that every child has the right to play in safety. Right now, this is all some of these children have to feel something other than fear and despair. It’s giving them hope.”
“Thank you to the Hope and Play team for all of your hard and brave work. I encourage everyone to donate and support this phenomenal charity.”
